Orlando FL. – Fairland Group, one of the largest swimming Pool Heat Pump manufacturer and a technology leader with robotic cleaner and inverter pool pumps announces a participation in Moov Holding, owner of Moov Pool Products USA. This transaction closed on September 23, 2023.

According to the President of Fairland Group, this recent investment in Moov Pool Products USA is another example of Fairland’s philosophy of using strategic partnerships to expand the company’s position in new markets with innovative technology and global market presence.

“Our approach to the USA market requires local representation with strong distribution and after-service support. We feel that establishing a clear strategy with technology products tailored to the requirements of the North American market will enable our group to offer a competitive alternative to the professional pool builders, dealers, and servicers.”

Richard Lachance, GM of Moov Pool Products, expressed his optimism for the transaction: “This will provide a positive transformation for our company and employees. Combining with a global leader enhances our ability to serve both the USA and Canada.”

According to Lachance: “(…) we will continue to support our customer base in the US market and replicate our Canadian structure with sales, marketing, customer service and warehousing in Orlando, Florida”.
